At Kumaon Foods, we take pride in delivering the highest quality Himalayan and Kumaoni products to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include the original invoice at the time of return pickup.
Please note: Products that have been used are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?
Exchanges or returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or incorrect.
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will schedule a pickup from the delivery address and notify you of the expected pickup date.
- For exchanges: Your new product will be delivered within 3–5 business days after we collect the original product.
- Delivery discrepancies: Please contact us within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only if the product has not been shipped.
- If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund.
- Kumaon Foods reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational inaccuracies, or issues with the personal/financial details provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect.
