1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat ₹49 shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹499.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your package through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Order Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather conditions, high order volume, or logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
