We recently ordered the Rajma, Basmati Rice, and Mix Dal from Kumaon Foods, and we were absolutely delighted!
This food truly delivered the authentic taste of Uttarakhand. The Rajma was perfectly cooked and wonderfully spiced, and the Mix Dal was hearty and full of flavor. Paired with the aromatic Basmati Rice, every bite was incredibly tasty and felt like a comforting meal from the mountains.
I tried the Pahadi Mix Dal and was pleasantly surprised — the flavors are earthy and authentic, with each lentil cooking well. It feels premium and nutritious, true to its Himalayan roots. Pricey compared to regular dals, but well worth it for the taste and quality.
